Forma (which is in Greenpoint, btw) is unmatched for a quick, inexpensive and fresh plate of pasta and a glass of wine. Also for wine and pasta, try Have and Meyer. All in, top to bottom best food is at Llama Inn, Four Horsemen, Maison Premiere, and Le Crocodile. I’m also fond of Cafe Mogador and Jack’s Wife Freda.
Lilia was an interesting experience because the dishes I loved- sheep cheese agnolotti and foccacia- I really loved- whereas the other two were extremely uninspiring. Would recommend but maybe come solo and just get those two dishes? Food portion was fine- we didn't leave hungry.
