I had an approval email and everything. I thought great, I’ll try it this weekend and start my dashing career.Strangely I’ve had the opposite experience. They won't deactivate your account for one complaint. I'm thinking your brand new to the platform and already got a did not deliver complaint, which is why they suspended your account. I don't think I've ever gotten a did not deliver complaint on DD but on UE i've had two so far. So, I went to place an order the other day , and when I confirmed, it told me that my account had been deactivated. I tried contacting support, but the just send me an email saying “Your account will remain deactivated at this time.” and the reason is listed as “violating terms and conditions “.
